Description
Explore the exotic side of citrus with Re:Find Kumquat Flavored Vodka, a distinctive 750ml bottle that showcases this unique fruit in all its sweet-tart glory. This innovative expression combines Re:Find’s sustainable grape-based vodka with the complex flavor of kumquats, creating a flavored vodka that’s both familiar and intriguingly different. The result is a sophisticated spirit that brings new possibilities to citrus cocktails while maintaining the quality and sustainability Re:Find is known for.
Kumquat’s unique flavor profile – sweet skin and tart flesh – presents an exciting challenge that Re:Find has masterfully conquered. The infusion process captures the entire kumquat experience, from the sweet, aromatic oils in the peel to the pleasantly sour juice within. This creates a more complex citrus vodka than traditional lemon or orange variants, offering layers of flavor that unfold with each sip. The grape-based vodka provides an ideal foundation, its natural smoothness allowing the kumquat’s complexity to take center stage.
The sensory experience begins with an enticing aroma that combines bright citrus notes with hints of marmalade and a subtle floral quality. On the palate, the kumquat flavor delivers its characteristic one-two punch – initial sweetness from the peel oils quickly balanced by a refreshing tartness. The complexity goes beyond simple citrus, with notes of candied orange peel, a hint of ginger, and subtle bitter notes that add sophistication. The grape-based vodka contributes its signature smoothness and subtle fruity notes that complement the kumquat beautifully. The finish is long and complex, with alternating waves of sweet and tart that keep the palate engaged. This 750ml bottle offers adventurous drinkers a chance to explore the outer edges of citrus flavor in their cocktail creations.
