Made with a base of the signature 11 botanical from the Rare Bird London dry gin, the second release from Rare Bird marries rhubarb and ginger in the spirit! There’s no sugar added, so it’s full of tart rhubarb and lingering fiery ginger. The folks over at the distillery in Yorkshire suggest pairing it with tonic and an orange slice for a fruity serve.
