Rakki No.7 is the tasty result of a collaboration between Brentingby Gin and Giovanni Andrea Magliaro, bar manager at Mr. Fogg’s Gin Parlour in London. The inspiration came from Japanese culture and ingredients, and there are seven Japanese botancials including yuzu, kombucha and bamboo in the mix, as well as seven processes used in the production.
