Made from a selection of eaux-de-vie that has spent an average of 35 years aging in oak barrels, this cognac is carefully blended to create a complex and powerful flavor profile before being further aged in French Limousin oak barrels prior to being is then tamed with very old low-proof eaux-de-vie prior to being bottled.

Nose: Once poured, this cognac yields an earthy nose of prunes, vanilla, dry shoots, and wet undergrowth.
Palate: An exceptionally rich, well-rounded, and creamy palate of more vanilla, dry ice wine, candy apple, maple, lemon peel, fresh figs, burnt sugar, leather, and wet tobacco.
Finish: A soft and sublime finish.

Founded in 1759, Delamain is unlike any other cognac producer in France. Having long made the decision to specialize in producing only the finest well-aged expressions, they have forgone both the VS and VSOP grades of cognac and opted to make their XO expression their entry-level offering and backing it with a world-class quality to match.
