WINEMAKER’S NOTES:
This cool climate style Blaufränkisch offers aromas of sour cherry and bruised herbs. It combines a balanced structure with outstanding freshness and fine tannins. Vinification took place in used large oak barrels, unfiltered, unfined, very pure. Should be served slightly chilled!
